God gave the Reverend Willie Jacobs, Jr. a vision and he ran with it… thus True Love Community Development, Inc. was birthed.

The True Love Community Development, Inc. started off with a vision from God to Pastor Willie Jacobs, Jr. The vision was to rally the Las Vegas community together in order to properly help our young people. The torch has been passed on to our Executive Director, Angela P. Riley who has been running with the vision ever since.
